Based on published listings, not hands-on testing.
Why consider it
Sheri's Lux Fur donut is worth comparing with the Original Shag when fabric feel and appearance influence the choice. We'd let the dog's existing preference for round beds lead.
What could make us pass
A different fur finish does not prove better support or less anxiety. Match diameter and care instructions before judging the price difference.
Fit and care
Measure the well inside the surrounding rim. Outside dimensions include the walls, so compare the resting space with the dog curled naturally. Check whether washing means a removable cover or the entire filled bed.
Size evidence still needed
This model remains available for research. We do not substitute outside or nominal dimensions for usable inside space, so it is not in measured-size recommendations.
