Oval beds narrow at the ends. A dog who stretches straight may fit better on an open rectangular pillow.
Fit and care
Measure the well inside the surrounding rim. Outside dimensions include the walls, so compare the resting space with the dog curled naturally. Check whether washing means a removable cover or the entire filled bed.
