Why consider it
Bella & Pal OxyMesh is worth a look when a small-dog owner needs both a step-in harness and a leash. We would compare the complete set cost with buying Voyager Air and a lead separately.
What could make us pass
Hook-and-loop adjustment needs a secure fit and clean contact surfaces. OxyMesh Flexi is a different model and should not be merged into this set.
Fit and care
Measure chest and neck using the exact model’s chart. Confirm the feet-first entry and closure layout, then check the fit during movement in a secure area. Check that panels and straps stay clear of the front legs and that the dog cannot readily reverse out.
