Why consider it
Top Paw Neoprene Comfort is a local-store option to compare against more expensive padded harnesses. We would look at where the lining meets the chest and legs before choosing by color.
What could make us pass
Neoprene does not guarantee a cool or rub-free fit. Check the exact size, fastening layout and drying instructions.
Fit and care
Check the actual neck and chest ranges, entry method, leash point and care instructions. Watch the dog walk and turn in a secure space to assess shifting and front-leg clearance. Size names are not standardized across brands.
