IRIS wire should stay separate from IRIS plastic
This metal-wire IRIS is a distinct shopping option from the brand’s many plastic-panel products. Compare the actual height, doorway and connector system rather than merging by brand and panel count. We would inspect floor contact before using it on finished flooring. The folding and storage method also matters if the pen will move between rooms regularly.
Original research assessment, not a hands-on test.
What to check before buying
- Usable interior and outside footprint in the chosen shape are not independently measured.
- Confirm the exact height, panel count, door opening, seller and included hardware before purchase.
Measure usable enclosed area separately from the outside footprint, projecting feet and door swing. See the measurement guide →
